Fastest verified method
While signed in, open Settings → Account → Delete Account, review the consequences, and confirm Permanently Delete Account. FishingHQ targets completion within 30 days after any additional verification.
Cannot access the app?
Email from the address associated with your FishingHQ account. Include “FishingHQ account deletion” in the subject and your account email in the message. Do not send passwords, store receipts containing payment details, or government identification unless support specifically requests a safe verification method.
Data deleted
The request covers the FishingHQ account, profile, app-managed personal trips, catches, preferences, and other personal content associated with the account.
Data that may remain
Limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may remain when required. De-identified information and records independently controlled by Apple or Google may remain under their policies.
Cancel the subscription separately
Deleting FishingHQ does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Cancel through your store subscription settings before renewal.
